How territory works at RNR.
Every RNR franchisee receives an exclusive protected territory — a defined geographic area within which no other RNR franchise can open without your consent.
Territory is defined by population catchment rather than by fixed radius — ensuring every franchisee has access to a viable member base regardless of location density.
Territory is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once a franchisee passes the qualification process. We do not hold territory speculatively — if you're serious about a region, the time to move is now.

Territory boundaries are set around viable member catchments — not arbitrary radius lines.

Territory is allocated at the point of signing. Enquiring early is the only way to guarantee your preferred region.

Our first-wave territories are focused on major UK cities and affluent commuter markets — locations with high concentrations of our core target member: professionals aged 30-55, health-conscious, active, and with disposable income to invest in their wellbeing.

RNR actively encourages multi-site development. Franchisees who demonstrate strong performance at site one are given first right of refusal on adjacent territories before they're offered to new applicants.
